Moon Apps4u is designed for mobile browsers all the way up to desktop browsers.
The project is based on WebGL see check if your device and browser have support. You should just need to point your browser to moon.xhtml and thats it, no installation necessary.
The installation instructions provided are not for end users they are for service providers in order to host the web application.
